在本实验室学习研究期间，申请者不仅将获得包括选题策划、设备设计与搭建、数据采集与分析、论文撰写在内的系统学术训练，而且也有众多参与国内外学术交流与合作的机会，通过与业界顶级专家学者直接交流拓宽知识面和学术视野。相信通过共同努力，本实验室的毕业生会在学术与工作方面大有作为。

Applications are invited for a position in Marine Hydrodynamics at Prof. Xinshu Zhang’s Innovative Lab. The successful applicant will not only get a systematic academic training on research topics, mechanic design and construction, data collecting and analyses, research paper writing, etc., but also gain great opportunities to participate in various domestic or international research programs to communicate with leading professionals and researchers.
